Network Solutions

Network solutions are tailor-made to fully address each customer's unique IT needs and business strategy.

As part of every project UCIT takes on, we create a Technical Design Analysis (TDA). This document lays the foundation of all projects and comprises a current environment analysis, a proposed Technical Design including hardware and software recommendations, Scope of Works (break down of the tasks and labour component) and network design diagrams.

UCIT offers its TDA services with no obligations. The TDA can be purchased separately or encompassed in the total solution.

Auditing Services are also available upon request.

Service Level Agreements

By operating as an outsourced IT Department UCIT gives clients greater freedom to relocate resources to more crucial tasks.

We offer three tiers of Service Level Agreements.
  • Platinum - more than 20 hours a month
  • Premium - more than 6 hours a month
  • Standard - standard ad-hoc rate.
These contracts can be customised to meet your business requirements with the following options available.
  • Per Hour - Based on a minimum of 6 hours per month
  • Per Device - Can be from 1 to many
  • Fully Outsourced - UCIT takes care of all your IT needs.
For the Fully Outsourced model; we need to familiarise ourselves with your network before we are able to price up a contract. To do this we recommend that we complete a full audit of your systems.
